I am editing party pictures right now...so until I get those posted....I thought I would just mention....

I am sort of in love.
Pretty sure, at this point...there is NO better food combo, then the mix of FRESH mozzarella, beautiful cherry tomatoes, and sweet basil...drizzled with balsamic! Seriously.
Love.
Can't wait until summer...because when these are FRESH from the garden...
I will be simply weak in the knees!

YUM YUM YUM! We are growing basil inside this year since it doesn't do good in the desert. I am so going to make these when I get tomatoes!
I know right! I can not wait to have them with home grown happiness!
